Our Location
Lighthouse Counselling Centre is located in the heart of the Monkland Village, in Montreal, QC. You can click on the map below for directions on how to get here.
By public transit, we're a ten minute walk from Villa Maria Metro Station, or you can hop on the 103 bus and you'll be dropped off right on our street corner.
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible. There are no steps to get in, and there is an elevator inside the building to get to our floor.

Structured Relapse Prevention
Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00PM
Eating Disorder Psychoeducation and Psychotherapy Group
Tuesdays from 7:00 - 9:00PM
Discussion Group
Wednesdays from 6:00 - 8:00PM
Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention
Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:00PM
